If you are new to Giada, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out our Client Profile Questionnaires as these forms are necessary for optimal treatment results. Returning guests, please arrive on time to your appointment so that we may receive you and accommodate your needs before your service
All gratuities must be paid directly to your service provider.
All confirmation are done through automated program via email and text messaging.
If you must cancel or reschedule, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice for all services under 60 minutes and 48 hours if you have a service that is over 60 minutes or you have multiple services. Less than that will result in a 50% of service cancelation fee. All “no shows” will result in full service charge.
There is no greater compliment than having a guest referred to Giada by you. As our way of saying thank you, we give $10 on your reward account for every referral you send to us. Just have them mention your name when they schedule their appointment.
Gift Cards from Giada Salon and Spa make an excellent gift idea for any occasion and they never expire. Gift Cards can be purchased online through our website or directly from Giada Salon and Spa. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. They may be used towards the payment of services or products. They cannot be used for gratuities. No cash refunds are given on remaining balances of gift cards. Gift cards only represent a dollar amount and do not represent a specific service or product.
For the safety of your Children and out of courtesy to our other guests we ask that you provide outside care for your children while you are in for services.
We ask that you turn your cell phone off upon arrival and take all cell phone conversations outside.
